Behold! MAC Holiday 2009 Collection has launched....aptly named Magic, Mirth and Mischief, this collection is holi-dorable! Mineralized eyeshadows (I love the shade It's a Miracle), eye pencils, lipsticks (including a stunning shade called Suprise Me), glittery glosses and creamy glosses (check out Boy Bait), nail polishes and shimmery blushes!

Revolutionary Lip Color

This new long wearing laquer from Chanel is absolutely amazing! We heard about it from several makeup artists before trying it ourselves and the product exceeded all of our expectations! The Rouge Allure Laque collection from Chanel Beaute boasts 8 glamorous shades (we particularly love Mandarin and Coromandel).

The product delivery is like that of a lip gloss but the result is much more....its a full pigment, full color lipstick that lasts all day! The best part is that it's unbelievable comfortable to wear. My lips felt moisturized the entire time I had it on. I honestly want to go back and purchase every single shade! We hope this product is here to stay, but in the meantime, Nicciknows recommends picking at least one of these up ASAP!

Evolution of Style

Styles come and go....trends are here today, gone tomorrow. I was shopping today and saw Vivienne Westwood JELLY SHOES! Remember those? They were my obsession...in 8th grade! And now, they are back. Similarly, the Fall collection from Shu Uemura is "Primetribe" and revisits many of the trends from days past, with a new an sophisticated twist. Kissy Kissy

So this week, Nicciknows got to hang out with Ryan Seacrest at the launch of the new Scope Outlast line of products. As we swished the new mouthwash and used those fab-tastic new floss picks, a good time was shared by all! Don't worry, there were also martinis :)

These new products are, in a word, awesome! They taste great and leave breath smelling fresh for longer! Let's face it, good breath is definitely a beautiful thing! This new product line features the very latest in technology and is a must have! Enjoy! 

Pots of Gold!

 

The Paint Pot's from MAC are amazing! They are pots of highly pigmented cream color which dry down to a long-wearing shadow that you can wear alone or use as a base underneath powder shadow.

I've been applying them with my fingertips and wearing them alone. There are two MUST Have colors that everyone should own....they are Rubinesque and Indianwood (each $16.50 at MAC Cosmetics).They are great with light colored eyes as well as brown eyes!

We LOVE these Paint Pots and can't get enough of them.
